Who we are
Superimpose Architecture is an award-winning international design practice with studios in the Netherlands and Asia. We create meaningful and sustainable spaces through architecture, urban planning, interior, and exhibition design. Our work focuses on urban architecture and (interior) transformations, engaging with every layer of the existing context.

Our name, Superimpose, reflects how we design: by layering new ideas onto existing structures, communities, and histories. We work with contextual awareness and responsibility, always aiming to improve, protect, and sustain both natural and built environments. Transformation and reuse are central to our practice, as we believe that designing for the future begins with respecting what already exists.
Our team
Superimpose Architecture is founded by three internationally experienced partners: Carolyn Leung, Ben de Lange and Ruben Bergambagt.
